She is exceptionally well-mannered on the ground and under saddle, and is appropriate for small children. Mona-Lise was imported from Austria in the spring of 2008. She is in foal for 2009 to the Austrian stallion Nihilist, a Nordtirol son out of Favora, who placed third at the Tirolian Stallion Inspections in 2007. Mona-Lise is a duaghter of World Grand Champion Stallion Amadeus, who unfortunately died suddenly in 2008. Her 2008 filly foal by Nihilist is athletic with a great temperment, and is also for sale. Mona-Lise exemplifies the Haflinger temperment and is recommended as a child's riding horse. Mona-Lise was inspected and classified by the Tirolian Breeders' Association in 2005, earning the Silver ribbon and 76 points.
